I let my lil bro, Apis, who's 11, to play around with my digicam, had him started on the flowers around the house.

After Muid treated us for an X-Men movie at Midvalley, we dropped by Bukit Jalil for the Lantern Festival. You can actually see the Petronas Twin Towers minitature (not so mini, but for KLCC it is la) all the way from KESAS highway during night time with the beautiful lights (that was attracted us in the first place).

Funny, there wasn't many Malays around. Hurm, its either Malay are too busy with entertainment (like JomHeboh) or they think that lanterns are in a way invoking spirits or idols, I don't know.

But if you like photography, head on there, its a nice sight!

it was Afis first trip to IKEA and he was so happy. So we went there, Muid, me, Fiqah and Afis, and got to snap some pixies during our great lunch. Here are some food and happy faces (thanks to Muid!!)

Well, best day, went to Shah Alam to meet my thesis advisor, didn't get scolded and met my favourite lecturer for tips. Later, got some vain sessions with Zizie. Then met Salmi and Farah for a hang out at Subang Parade where we REALLY DID hang out until we're practically HUNG OVER ... but Salmi managed to continue back to work, Farah managed to entertained another set of friends, and I managed to drive home and still catch the 3pm re-run of America's Next Top Model for the zillionth time ... naah, I'll never get enough of it... my pops are sick of it tho ...

A few snaps before we left KL that raya morning after Raya prayer. Back to Parit around lunch time and everyone was as exhausted as the two drivers (abah and me) ... hehe ... like always, convoy 2 cars since we have a HUGE family of 8 ...

second day of raya, we went all over Parit to visit my Opah nye siblings. Imagine an 82 year old eldest sister went all over kampung to visit her younger siblings. Thats kewl huh.
